My Experience with Mamaearth Skin Illuminate Face Serum

That is how the bottle looks like. On the back, you can see the ingredients list, price of the product along with directions for use. 

Now, if we talk about serums in India, they are quite expensive especially if you are looking for good and effective ones. 

I was looking for a serum that will help me with the pigmentation and at the same time provides some hydration. 

This serum was launched a few weeks ago and I saw everyone raving about it. I thought why not let's give it a try.  

I absolutely love the product. This instantly gives a boost of hydration to your skin. 

The consistency is not very thick or thin. 

It is more on the watery side.

I was suffering from severe acne, and for that, I went to a dermatologist and got treatment for almost three months, the acne was treated but what I was left with were those big black scars on cheeks, forehead, and chin. 

I am using this serum from 4 weeks and I can see a difference in my skin texture. 

The serum does help with the dryness on the face. 

For the pigmentation part, I have used this serum for more than 3 weeks now and I think I gave sufficient time to the product and so it is the right time for me to judge this product.

You just need two pumps of this serum and that's enough to cover your face. 

The packaging of all the MAMAEARTH products is great. They write everything clearly on the packaging so if you are someone who is very concerned about the ingredients or whether this would suit their skin type or not, you can see everything clearly. 

The serum comes with a pump dispenser which I think is the best part of the product.

The packaging is very travel-friendly. It is a fast-absorbing serum, it literally gets absorbed in less than 5 seconds. 

It feels super light on the skin, your skin will feel hydrated and refreshed at the same time. 

It will give your skin a sheen glow but as the serum absorbs it fades away.

For the pigmentation part, yes it has helped me in fading away from the acne scars to a great extent but you need to be very patient with the serum.

This is dermatologically tested so it won't do any harm to your skin. Lastly, every product works differently for every skin type. 

This has worked for the hydration part for me so this was my opinion about it.
