Directions to Use

Step 1: Wash your face with sulfate-free face wash suiting your skin type.

Step 2: Dab your face and apply a generous layer of face mask on clean face & neck.

Step 3: Keep it on for 15 minutes, scrub & wash off with lukewarm water.

Step 4: For best results, use twice a week.

Consistency, Fragrance

The consistency of the Mamaearth Ubtan Face Mask is thick and smooth. It is light yellow in colour reminding me of good old desi Ubtan.

The face mask has a slight mint fragrance to it which will not irritate the sensitive nose. After applying the mask, you will feel a tingling sensation for a few seconds.

Packaging

The face mask comes in a round tub with the classic Mamaearth packaging. It comes with a plastic spatula which helps in scooping out the mask from the tub with proper hygiene. It has a thick cardboard box packaging outside.

The tub has a screw open type of packaging and after opening it you will get an extra lid which helps in preventing the spillage of the product, which makes the packaging super travel friendly.

My experience with Mamaearth Ubtan Face Mask

I have extremely acne-prone and sensitive skin. You can check my story. That is the reason I lookout for more natural ingredients in my skincare regimen. My all-time favourite face mask is Good Vibes Activated Charcoal Deep Clean Face Mask. It works wonderfully for my skin type and it does not leave my skin dry or parched.

Since that face mask was over I started my hunt for another face mask. And I stumbled upon Mamaearth Ubtan Face Mask. I have seen everyone raving about it a lot, also, my mom used to apply Ubtan on my body and face while I was a child so hearing Ubtan in a face mask made me tilt to it even more.

After application, the face mask leaves a tingling sensation for a few seconds. But it's just for a few seconds. You need to apply a thin layer of face mask all over the face and leave it on for about 15 minutes. And then wash it off with normal water and you are good to go.

Coming to how it works, in the initial stage of using it, I didn't see this face mask working but gradually it starts to show its results. It helps in lightening the scars, it instantly brightens up the skin. But yes, to see these results, you have to be patient, you need at least 3 weeks for this mask to work on your skin.

I have been using this face mask for more than 2 months and did wonders to my skin.

How I use it?

I use this face mask twice in a week, mainly on Wednesday and Sunday.
I cleanse my face with my favourite face wash and then proceed with the Mamaearth Ubtan Face Mask.
I scoop a generous amount of it with the help of the given plastic spatula.
I apply it all over my face.
Then, I leave it on for 15 minutes.
Wash it with normal water.
I pat my face semi-dry and then apply Pond's Super Light Gel with Hyaluronic Acid.
Voila, say hello to bright and healthy skin.
